Shipping and delivery times

WE SEND YOUR ORDER TO YOUR HOME OR WORK PLACE.

At Esdemarca you access the best products, from fashion brands, at incredible prices without leaving your home or work!

We deliver to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal.

How long it takes?

All campaigns in Esdemarca have a standard delivery time of 24 hours. Sometimes the delivery time may be 1 week in some campaigns but will always be indicated before the purchase process.

Delivery in 24 hours:

• Orders in Peninsula: Delivery in 24 hours (working days) for orders placed before 15:00 via delivery to Home -
• Orders in Baleares: Delivery in 48 hours (working days) for orders placed before 3:00 pm via delivery to Home-
• Orders through the Post: Delivery in 72 hours.

Who makes the delivery?

You can choose between 2 options:

• We send your order to the address you provide us through a courier company that will do the delivery in hand.

• We send it to the post office that you indicate us, so that you can pick it up when it suits you best. ( More Post info )

What if I am not?

If you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave a note with a contact telephone number. Call to arrange a new delivery date.

Keep in mind that if the courier tries to make the delivery repeatedly without success, we will return the package and you will have to pay back the shipping costs.

If you do not usually be at home during delivery, we can send your order to work or to the address of a friend or relative. You can also choose one of the collection offices provided by Correos.
