Our innovative VECTIVâ?¢ footwear technology combines an ultra-lightweight stabilising support plate, a midsole with oscillating profile geometry and SurfaceCTRLâ?¢ grip to maximise energy in every step. In the Exploris this translates into a hiking boot designed to go far. While this design features the same great details as the original model, a few changes have been incorporated. The platform under the foot is wider to provide more stability. The sole height is 2mm wider for improved support and comfort and the rocker midsole features a forked design in the heel and forefoot and a TPU plate for improved stability and lateral travel. Designed with The North Face® athlete prints, the FUTURELIGHTâ?¢ membrane remains as breathable and waterproof as ever. The heel and toe cap are reinforced to further protect the foot on rocky trails and the prominent lugs on the 4mm outsole grip firmly on uneven terrain.
