1. What does it mean to send an invitation?

Sending an invitation means encouraging the people around you to join Esdemarca as members so they can discover a unique experience in fashion and style.

2. Who can I invite?

You can invite anyone you know and believe would be interested in becoming part of our community.

Please note that we do not accept invitations sent to strangers or those made on a massive scale through unauthorized ads, spam, telemarketing, among others.

3. How can I invite someone?

Extending an invitation is really simple: you just need to enter the person’s email address in the form available in the Invite section of our website.

4. What benefits do I get from inviting?

For every person you bring as a member, we will activate an exclusive discount coupon of:

• 10% for you, as a thank-you for your collaboration, applicable on your next purchase of at least €100.00.
• 10% for the new member, as a welcome gift, valid on their first purchase of at least €100.00.

The coupons will be automatically activated in your customer account once your invitee completes their first purchase over €100.00.

Important things to consider:

• Coupons cannot be combined, so only one can be used per purchase.

5. Why haven’t I received my discount coupon?

To activate the coupon in your customer account, the person you invited must register and make their first purchase of more than €100.00 on our website.

Remember that simply sending the invitation is not enough; the invitee must complete the purchase process.
