TERMS OF USE FOR ESDCREDITS

• ESDCREDITS are obtained and accumulated through the purchase of products on Esdemarca.com, there are no other methods or systems of acquisition.
• ESDCREDITS are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be resold, transferred, or applied to other accounts.
• ESDCREDITS are not refundable in cash, they can only be redeemed for discounts on purchases made on Esdemarca.com.
• In the event of a full return or cancellation of your order, the ESDCREDITS used in your purchase will be credited back to your Esdemarca.com account for use in future purchases.
• In the case of a partial return or cancellation of your order, the refunded ESDCREDITS will be proportional to the value of the item.
• In the case of returns and cancellations, whether total or partial, the accumulated ESDCREDITS from the cancelled or returned purchase will be deducted from the account, in whole or in part, considering the value of the items individually.
• ESDCREDITS are always related to the price of the item. In the case of a discounted item, you will accumulate 5% of its value, if the item is not discounted, the accumulated percentage will be 7% of the item's value. For accumulation, the amounts of the individual items are always considered, never the total purchase price.

• IMPORTANT: Only selected items from the catalog will accumulate ESDCredits.

• The product page will indicate the items that accumulate ESDCredits, as well as the amount of ESDCredits generated by the purchase of the item.
• The total amount of ESDCredits generated in an order can be checked in the cart before finalizing the purchase.
• In case of cancellation or closure of the user account on Esdemarca.com, the accumulated ESDCREDITS will be deleted.
• The accumulated ESDCREDITS will be activated once you have received your order. Esdemarca reserves the right to modify the terms of use of the ESDCREDITS without prior notice.
• Esdemarca also reserves the right to cancel or recalculate the amounts of orders that have errors in the allocation of ESDCredits or that have been accumulated incorrectly, fraudulently or in bad faith.
