Originally developed as a waterproof insulating layer for racing sailors, our Crew Midlayer 2.0 hooded men's sailing jacket is an excellent insulated jacket that can also be worn as an outer layer. We've constructed this waterproof, windproof, and breathable midlayer sailing jacket with HELLY TECH® Protection technology. It features an updated inner lining made with Polartec® fleece and taffeta-lined polyester insulation in the sleeves, making it easy to put on and take off. The elbows and shoulders provide even greater freedom of movement. The center front YKK® Vislon® zipper is stronger and more resistant to salt water, making it corrosion-resistant. Its design also includes a hood that can be stowed in the collar. Both the collar and hand pockets have a brushed knit inner lining.

The main material is Bluepass®, and the inner lining features Polartec® fleece along with taffeta-lined synthetic polyester insulation in the sleeves; the collar and hand pockets have a brushed knit inner lining. The center zipper is YKK® Vislon®, resistant to salt water and corrosion. The composition is: membrane 100% polyester, inner lining 100% polyester, inner lining 2 100% polyester, and sleeve insulation 100% polyester.
