When will I receive my order?
The standard delivery time at Esdemarca is 2 to 7 days. In some cases, this timeframe may be extended to 10–12 days in specific situations.
You can check the estimated delivery time on the product page and, once you add items to your basket, you’ll also see the estimated delivery date before completing your purchase.

Delivery options

Home delivery: enter your address and we’ll deliver your order directly there. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will inform you of the options for a new delivery attempt or the alternative of collection at a nearby pickup point, depending on the available options.
Pickup point: if you prefer, you can select a pickup point and collect your order when it suits you, subject to availability in your area.

If you’re not available at the time of delivery

If you’re not at the specified address, the carrier will inform you of the next delivery options or where you can collect your parcel.
If needed, you can also enter an alternative address (for example, your workplace or someone you trust) during the checkout process, or choose a nearby pickup point, depending on the available options.

Please note that if delivery fails on several occasions, the parcel may be returned to Esdemarca and you will need to cover the shipping costs again. If you need assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help you coordinate the delivery.

Some items may require additional handling time, so delivery times may be affected. In your basket, we will always show an updated estimate of the delivery date.
