All products in Esdemarca have a standard delivery time of 24 - 72 hours; although in some occasions the delivery period may be approximately 1 week. You can always check the estimated delivery date in your basket before completing you order.

How can I receive my order?

You can choose between 2 options:

Home delivery: We dend your order to the address you provide us through a courier company.
Post Office: We send it to the Post Office you prefer, so you can pick it up when it suits you best - only for Spain delivery -

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

If you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courir will leave a note with a contact phone number. Call to arrange a new delivery date.

Keep in mind that, if the courier tries to make the delivery several times without success, he will return the package and you will have to pay the shipping costs again. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service team to coordinate delivery.

If you are rarely at home do not worry! We can send your order to work, to a relative or friend's house, you choose!

Shipping costs

The shipping prices we apply are adjusted based on the volume and weight of the products purchased, the destination country or region, and may also change in response to fluctuations in fuel costs and other market factors. This allows us to offer you fair rates that correspond to the current transportation costs. Always check the final price in your shopping cart. The base amount is subject to offers and promotions.

Due to the size and special handling required for transporting bulkier luggage and trolleys, an additional charge is applied to the shipping cost. The additional costs are as follows:

Balearic Islands: +15.00 € per suitcase/trolley
Rest of Spain: +4.00 € per suitcase/trolley
Rest of Europe: +10.00 € per suitcase/trolley
Except Ireland: +20.00 € per suitcase/trolley

This amount will be added to the total shipping cost at the time of purchase.

These shipping charges include VAT and all applicable taxes in Spain. These charges depend on third-party rates and are always indicated separately before the order is finalized, so customers can be aware of them before confirming their purchase.

Free shipping on selected items:

If your order includes at least one product with the "Free shipping" label, your order will be shipped at no additional cost. However, if you add a suitcase to your cart, standard shipping charges will apply. The promotion may vary depending on the shipping country.
