VEJA Volley shoes

Inspired by the Brazilian volleyball shoes of the 1970s, the VEJA Volley is a revival of the first model the brand launched in 2005. A retro design that combines sporting tradition and sustainable commitment.

• Upper material: canvas (100% organic cotton).

• Panels: suede and leather.

• Insole: Amazon rubber (11%), organically sourced E.V.A. (45%, including 36% sugar cane), recycled E.V.A. (13%), organic cotton (5%) and others (26%).

• Outsole: Amazon rubber (40%), mineral silica (23%), recycled rubber (10%), synthetic rubber (11%) and others (16%).

• Lining: recycled polyester (100%).

• Laces: organic cotton (100%).

• Manufacture: Brazil.

The organic cotton used is grown in Brazil and Peru by cooperatives that follow fair trade principles. In Brazil, agro-ecological agriculture is used, which favours biodiversity and improves water retention in the soil. In Peru, farmers receive technical and financial support to certify and improve their production.

Care tips

• Avoid machine washing.

• Waterproof every 3-6 months with a suitable product.

• Brush the canvas with cold water and mild soap.

• Leave to dry in the open air, away from heat sources.
