Timberland WINSOR TRAIL LOW LACE-UP SHOES GREEN

The Timberland Winsor Trail Low Lace-Up shoes are designed to take you on any adventure. They feature a mesh upper made from ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic, an OrthoLite foam footbed for comfort, and a GreenStride midsole made from EVA polymer containing at least 65% bio-based materials from responsibly grown sugarcane and rubber.

Technologies:

• ReBOTL fabric

This environmentally friendly fabric is made from RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) textile fibre filament, created from recycled non-biodegradable PET plastic bottles. This material allows the design of products made with 50% recycled PET content, in order to reduce almost completely the environmental impact of certain production processes.

• OrthoLite

OrthoLite insoles offer great cushioning thanks to their compressed three-layer design that also improves the fit of the foot to the shoe. They are highly breathable thanks to their polyurethane construction and manage moisture to perfection. They are also lightweight and machine washable.

• GreenStride

Comfort in most shoes is provided by a soft foam material called EVA, which is usually made from petroleum-based ingredients. At Timberland they have replaced 75% of the petroleum with natural renewable materials: sugar cane and tree rubber.

• GreenStride midsole made of EVA polymer, which contains at least 65% bio-based materials from responsibly grown sugar cane and rubber.
