Jacquards are almost as much a part of our heritage as nylon. They are unique fabrics: highly textured, with patterns that are woven rather than printed. We turned to Limonta, a centuries-old family-owned textile mill in northern Italy near Como, to create something special with our signature Spade Flower pattern. They have been producing and experimenting with jacquards for over 100 years and are one of the most famous mills in the world. Together, we've created our Spade Flower Jacquard: a fabric that combines New York style with Italian craftsmanship. We've used it here in this small flap shoulder bag, a chic and compact travel essential.
