The lined short Cruiser jacket is made from Tin Cloth, the exclusive waxed cotton that has protected rangers and nature lovers from harsh weather, brambles, and abrasion for a century. Its resistance to the elements is unmatched. Our waxed cotton Tin Cloth, sourced from the historic English mill British Millerain, weighs 14 ounces per square yard, twice as much as imitations. Its exceptionally dense weave provides outstanding tear resistance and greater water repellency. Like heavy-duty denim, Tin Cloth breaks in and molds to your body's contours and movements.

The hip-length cut allows easy access to pant pockets or a tool belt, and it doesn't ride up when sitting. The torso is lined with lightweight canvas and the sleeves with polyester twill for easy layering. Metal shank buttons secure the front, cuffs, and hem adjustment tabs. The left chest pocket has a slot for small tools or a carpenter's pencil; the right one has a flap for added security. Hand pockets are reinforced with bar tacks.
