The sizing issue is a bit puzzling. In one shoe I have a 44 and in another I have a 45. Actually my size is a USA 11. But this is a matter for the brands and not for you. Although it would be appreciated to give more information about it.

I took a size 45 and they are a bit long but I think that taking a 44 would be worse because once they are washed in the washing machine, being canvas fabric, they shrink a little. So better the 45 that I took.
